Over the weekend we took the boys up to Ben's family cabin so we didn't have to be in our hot house! Noah asked us over and over "why do we go to the cabin?" We kept telling him it was just to have some fun! By the time we left he was asking "why do we have to go home now?" He is a funny boy and completely in the "why" stage...it is about to drive us crazy!! It was a nice weekend though...we ran into some moose and ate lunch at the river, and pretty much just took it easy for a couple of days! It was great just to have Ben not able to take or make phone calls for 2 whole days!!! Such a treat for us...pathetic I know! I was really bummed though because my camera ran out of batteries and these are all the pictures we got...not very exciting I know!

I wish we had somewhere to escape like that. Jim and I keep scoping out places we would love to build a cabin,(or he says "to put a double-wide on") we have to stay hick!! I'm glad you had a good weekend. Love ya!

Your new look is so cute! I love it. Don't be surprised if you soon see a different background on my blog! And, your pictures of the boys are so good! I LOVE them! I always wish I had a picture of my kids in my hands, but that is kind of a new thing. That one of Cameron is particularly precious! Thanks for the visit last night! How fun that I am hearing from long time high school friends. I am so glad you said hi on my blog. Your family is so cute. Where are you living? We are living through the heat in AZ. I am just glad to not be pregnant anymore. It will be fun to keep in touch now. When I get a chance I will update my blog with my 4th little boy's birth this week.
Cute pictures doll! I'm glad you got to get away together. Noah looks like he had a great time. Macie is still in the "why" stage...I'm not sure I get to escape it....ever. Maybe someday she'll just be alright with the fact that it's Friday, not Tuesday...IT JUST IS!

ahhh, Ben's family cabin. What brief memories we have of that. Im glad that you guys still have that. Its so nice to be able to get away and enjoy nature. (and its the closest to camping you'll get me these days)
